Production & Print Management

Production and print management is the final stage of most projects – making sure artwork is printed, manufactured and delivered as it should be. Based in Kent, I look after print buying, vehicle graphics and signage, large format and exhibition displays, and branded promotional products.

Over 25 years I’ve built up a network of trusted specialist printers, finishers and manufacturers, and I know who to go to for what. I’ll specify and prepare the artwork, brief the supplier, and manage colour, proofing and schedules to keep the schedule moving. That means one approval process for the whole job, rather than briefing a designer and then a printer separately.

It’s the least visible part of a project, but the part where most things can go wrong – a colour that shifts on uncoated stock, a sign that doesn’t fit the space, a delivery that misses an exhibition date. Spotting those before they happen is a huge part of the job.
